We provided comprehensive design and consultancy services to the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah in Makkah, focusing on the development of Services Operations Control Rooms and a dedicated Data Center to support critical Hajj operations.

Our scope included the architectural and technical design of control rooms as centralized platforms for monitoring and decision-making. We also proposed the integration of field systems capable of utilizing artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance operational visibility, efficiency, and real-time responsiveness during the Hajj season.
