Audio Visual (AV) System – Shamiya Expansion Project (Ongoing)

 

As part of the Shamiya Expansion Project, we are responsible for the engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive Audio Visual (AV) system designed to serve multiple high-standard meeting and conference rooms.

 

The AV system scope includes:

•Professional Display Solutions: High-definition LED displays and interactive touchscreens for clear, dynamic presentation capabilities.

•Centralized Control Systems: Seamless integration of AV components via programmable touch panels, enabling intuitive user control over audio, video, and lighting settings.

•High-Quality Sound Systems: Ceiling and wall-mounted speakers, wireless microphones, and digital signal processors (DSPs) to ensure crystal-clear audio coverage.

•Video Conferencing Solutions: Advanced video conferencing cameras and codecs, enabling effective remote collaboration with high-quality audio and video transmission.

•AV Signal Distribution: Implementation of HDMI matrix switchers, AV-over-IP, and structured cabling infrastructure for reliable and flexible AV signal routing across all rooms.

•Integration with Room Scheduling Systems: Synchronization with room booking and calendar systems for efficient meeting management.

 

All works are executed in accordance with international standards and project specifications, ensuring robust performance, ease of use, and long-term scalability. The project also includes pretesting, commissioning, user training, and documentation to ensure a fully operational and user-friendly AV environment.
