At CORE, we were responsible for the complete installation, pre-testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) across various projects. Our scope of work ensures the seamless integration of BMS with building services to achieve optimal performance, energy efficiency, and centralized monitoring.

 

Our activities included:

•Installation of BMS Panels & Field Devices: Installing control panels, sensors, actuators, and interface devices in coordination with mechanical and electrical systems.

•Cabling Works: Laying and terminating communication and control cables between field devices and control panels, ensuring clean and organized infrastructure.

•Pre-Testing & Point-to-Point Checks: Conducting preliminary testing of all field devices and controllers to verify correct wiring, addressing, and basic functionality before full system commissioning.

•System Integration Support: Assisting in connecting and integrating the BMS with third-party systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and energy meters.

•Commissioning & Functional Testing: Verifying complete system operation as per design, performing scenario testing, and ensuring all control sequences and alarms operate reliably.

•Support for Final Handover: Assisting with client inspections, preparing commissioning reports, and supporting training and documentation for smooth system handover.
